How do I receive my discount card or ticket after donating?

 

Right after your purchase, you’ll receive two text messages:

  1. The first is your receipt confirmation.
  2. Immediately after, you’ll get another text with the link to your digital discount card/ticket.
Do I need to register my card/ticket to use the offers?

 

  • Local Offers: Already active and ready to use—no registration needed.
  • National Offers: Registration is required.
Why is there a 5% convenience fee?

 

A small 5% convenience fee is added to all online donations. This fee covers secure credit card processing and platform costs so that more of your donation directly benefits the fundraiser.

Why is there a $35 minimum on donation fundraisers?

 

For donation-only fundraisers, we require a minimum donation of $35. This ensures the fundraising effort has a meaningful impact for the team or organization being supported.
