Who We Are
At Fundraising University, we are a collective of dedicated individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Comprising former educators, coaches, athletes, athletic directors, professional baseball and NFL players, as well as collegiate coaches and administrators, our team shares a common passion for enhancing the student and student-athlete experience within group activities.
Our mission is centered on enriching the educational environment by providing schools with access to invaluable resources. We are committed to empowering those who contribute to the growth and development of our children, ensuring they have the necessary tools to make a meaningful impact on their communities.
Operating across 39 states and partnering with over 2500 groups nationally, we have successfully raised over $200 million since our establishment in 2009.

With us, there are no upfront costs or minimum requirements. We enter into engagements with your group, fostering an educational and relational process.
Our approach achieves two key objectives: alleviating the burden of group work from leadership so they can focus on their core tasks, and raising the maximum amount of funds in the shortest timeframe possible. We typically aim for a $500 gross goal, though we’ve achieved averages exceeding $300 per student and even seen some groups achieve over $1000 per student.
What We Do
Our approach is rooted in service excellence, utilizing dynamic strategies to assist a diverse range of sports teams, activity groups, and clubs, including bands, choirs, orchestras, cheerleading squads, and more.
With over 25 years of proven success and extensive involvement in the field, we offer tailored plans aimed at alleviating the burdens associated with fundraising efforts.
Typically requiring only 2 to 4 hours of commitment from each participating group, our goal is to maximize fundraising outcomes by securing the highest possible contributions per student or athlete. On average, we have achieved an impressive fundraising yield of approximately $300 per participant, with over 2500 groups benefiting from our services.
