Nathan Przestrzelski (pronounced Prez-elski) is in his first year with Fundraising University as the territory manager of the West Philadelphia region.
Przestrzelski most recently served as the Special Teams Coordinator and Director of Football Operations at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA for the 2017 season in which he assisted the team in winning the Patriot League and earned a birth into the 2017 NCAA FCS Playoffs. Prior to Lehigh, Przestrzelski served as the Special Teams Coordinator, Director of Football Operations and Equipment Manager with Chowan University, D-II in Eastern North Carolina during the Fall of 2016.
From 2013 to 2015, Przestrzelski was coaching at Utah State University as a Special Teams and Defensive Quality Control Coach under Head Coach Matt Wells and Defensive Coordinator Todd Orlando. During his time with the program, Przestrzelski helped Utah State win back to back bowl games in the San Diego Poinsettia Bowl and New Mexico Bowl.
Przestrzelski spent the 2012 season as an intern with the Florida International University Football staff. As the Special Teams Quality Control Assistant, Przestrzelski’s scouting and analysis of opponents’ Special Teams units and production of the weekly scouting reports helped move FIU from a Special Teams rank of eighth in 2011 to first overall in the Sun Belt Conference in 2012. In addition, he supported FIU football operations with recruiting, filming and editing practice and game footage, monitoring athletes’ academic progress, and organizing and supervising community service events.
During the Fall of 2011, Przestrzelski served as an event and operations intern with the Orange Bowl Committee, often leading the logistical elements of the many Festival, Community, and Game-Day events for the 2012 Discover Orange Bowl. In addition, he also had a punting tryout with the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League prior to the 2011 season.
Przestrzelski began his coaching career as the Special Teams Coordinator at Charles D. Owen High School in his hometown of Black Mountain, N.C. where, under his guidance, the JV and Varsity Special Teams units had their most productive season since his graduation. Przestrzelski has also taught special teams as a counselor with Ray Guy’s ProKicker® camps.
In between sports engagements, Przestrzelski has also coordinated third-party moving logistics with Movers Specialty Service, sports product sales management with Dick’s Sporting Goods Golf department, and golf course management at Don Shula’s Golf Club in Miami Lakes, Florida.
Przestrzelski spent four years at East Carolina University as a punter, where he helped the Pirates to back-to-back Conference USA Championships in 2008 and 2009 as well as four-straight bowl appearances, including a 41-38 victory against Boise State in the 2007 Sheraton Hawai’i Bowl.
Przestrzelski earned his Master’s degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in 2012 and his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Studies with a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University in 2009.
