Dennis Crump Jr. was born and raised in Chicago, Dennis Crump Jr. 
Illinois where he graduated from St. Rita Catholic High School.  Dennis was a three sports athlete in football, track, and basketball.  Dennis earned Chicago Catholic League football offensive player of the year his junior and senior year.  Dennis finished 2nd in the State of Illinois in the 100 meter dash and 3rd in the state in the 200 meters as a senior.  Dennis attended and played football at Valdosta State University, GA
After college, He went on to Coach high school Football at Leo Catholic High School, Chicago as Offensive Coordinator.  Dennis moved to Atlanta, GA in 2007 and began officiating High School football and basketball.  In 2009, he founded 3C Sports Officials LLC providing referee services for Metro Atlanta Youth Sports leagues. 
In 2013, Dennis moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates and founded 3C Sports and Adventures.  The company provided organized sports leagues for expats in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, UAE.
Dennis most recent work experience includes Director of Sports Alliances and Community Development at American Cancer Society  by working with Atlanta area High Schools to fundraise through sports for ACS, Sports Director at YMCA of Metro Atlanta, and Operations Director at LoneStar Sports Dallas, TX.
Dennis has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Graduate Certification in Small Business and Entrepreneurship.  Dennis also holds a Master of Education in Sports Administration.
